Haiti - Case Bélizaire : This is not a crisis Martelly-Belizaire

"...we know that at the level of both chambers, there are debates on the current situation in Haiti, that many people consider as a crisis, that we can consider as a crisis, the President of the Republic continues to consider it as a opportunity which is open, to the three powers to find a way to put our heads together to govern the country during the next five years, or the four years remaining... [...] "
"...what happens is a crisis between the member and the President Bélizaire Martelly ? No. Is it that there have been discussions between the President and the deputies ? Yes. Does the President asked someone to intervene in the arrest of deputy ? No. What happens there is not a crisis Martelly-Bélizaire it is simply a revelation that shows us that there is a malfunction in the apparatus of the State, because the arrest is judiciary, the victim is the legislative, and in the minds of many people the accused is the Executive [...] the solution is to sit the three powers together to solve the problem..."
