The scholarship students originating from the ten departments of the country, will leave Haiti, Monday, July 27 for studies at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM), in the framework of the second phase of the special program of scholarships for university studies in administration, agronomy, environmental governance, tourism, power generation, civil and industrial engineering. This special scholarship program aims to strengthen public administration, by giving it a powerful elite.
This framework of cultural cooperation, signed on 26 November 2012 in Port-au-Prince by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Mexico, includes 300 scholarshipsspread over three years, whose 125 in 2013, 100 in 2014 and 75 in 2015 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-7269-haiti-education-mexico-grants-300-scholarships.html Under this agreement, the holders will commit to return to Haiti in order to serve the country in the areas of their competence.
