Haiti - FLASH : Dismissal order for Yves Jean Bart President of the FHF, in the case of sexual abuse...
In the "case" of sexual abuse of several young football players at the Center de la Croix-des-bouquets, according to allegations resulting from an investigation by the British daily "The Guardian" which quotes anonymous sources, which provoked the suspension since last May of Dr. Yves Jean Bart alias "Dadou" President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), who has always denied the facts https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30677-haiti-flash-football-sexual-abuse-yves-jean-bart-counterattack.html ; the investigation of justice initiated at his request to prove that the anonymous denunciations intended to tarnish his reputation had no truth, has just given him reason, the examining magistrate near the court of Croix-des-Bouquets has issued a dismissal order in this case after several months of investigation.

In a press release Yves Jean Bart hails the decision of the Haitian judicial system which "fully rid of all wrongdoing, proving that the incessant attacks and false accusations leveled against him are unfounded lies."

He points out, "After months of false allegations, no alleged victim or witness has come forward publicly, nor the justice system has been able to identify a single victim after contacting many organizations claiming to help them, including Human Rights Watch, Kay Fanm, Solidarite Fanm Aylsyèn (SOFA), Kri Fanm Ayiti (KRIFA) and the Cabinet de Lltlge Stratégique des Droits Humains (CALSDH).

No victim has come forward, even if the Haitian judicial system has guaranteed the protection and safety of alleged victims by the Office for the Protection of the Citizen (OPC). [...]"

Reacting to this news Ed Aarons one of the investigators, who had revealed in the newspaper "The Guardian" the implication of Yves Jean-Bart in acts of sexual abuse on minors at the FIFA-Goal center (Croix-des-Bouquets), remains confident and said to await the conclusion of the investigation of the International Federation of Football (FIFA) which will deliver its final verdict before the end of November, in order to know the fate that will be reserved for Yves Jean Bart
