Tuesday following the arrest in the afternoon of 3 young from Curtis, by agents of the Departmental Unit of Maintenance of Order (UDMO) Pepage Pierre aka "Ti sam" launched an ultimatum in the microphones of journalists of Petit-Goâve "if the authorities of Petit-Goâve do not release next Monday the 3 youth arrested in Curtis, we will be worse than Ben Laben and no one will be able to take the National road #2. We demand immediate and unconditional their release. Why the forces have chosen to arrest the innocent ? So that we are So that and they know where we are [...] This is not to the innocents that they had to taken as a target. They had to attack us. If our claim are not taked into account, we will shoot at anyone trying to cross the National Road #2."

In addition, the Chief of the rebels reaffirmed in its declaration "Us the rebels, we were abandoned by Deputy Thimoléon.
