The epicenter was located at 18.260° latitude North and -72.027° longitude West at a depth of 0.2 kilometers, 6km North East of Belle Anse, 43km South East of Port-au-Prince, 39km North West Anse-à-Pitre.
For the moment the regional office of the Directorate of Civil Protection has not reported any damage or loss of life.
