The Professional Association of Banks (APB), very touched by the tragic disappearance of Mr. Toussaint Guiteau, President of the Board of Directors of the Banque Nationale de Credit (BNC) and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the APB, offers its sincere condolences to the bereaved family, to the staff of the Banque Nationale de Credit, to its Members and all those affected by this loss.

To honor an active member of the banking profession, an executive of State Bank which has served his country with dignity, love, intelligence and integrity, the following events have been planned:

1.- Evening of remembrance organized by the Banque Nationale de Credit to the Karibe Convention Center Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2.- Greetings and Funeral Mass Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the Eglise Saint Pierre de Petion-Ville at 7:30 a.m

3.- Closure of commercial banks, savings and housing Wednesday, June 22, 2011 in protest against this odious crime.
