Author of numerous educational and civic books, sacred "Living National Treasure" in 2009, the well-known and respected former Haitian teacher and feminist activist, Odette Roy Fombrun, who celebrated her 102nd birthday on June 13 in an open letter to President Jovenel Moïse dated 3 December 2019, invites herself in the State file against SOGENER.
