Haiti - Jean Bart case : FIFA's appeal against the CAS sentence rejected

Following the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-38856-haiti-flash-the-court-of-arbitration-for-sport-cancels-the-sanctions-against-yves-jean-bart.html jean-bart.html to cancel for lack of evidence, the life suspension [by FIFA] of the former President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) Yves Jean-Bart alias "Dadou" from all sporting activities (administrative , sports and other) and a fine of 1 million Swiss francs, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32340-haiti-flash-yves-jean-bart-banned-for-life-from-football-by-fifa.html , accused of multiple sexual offenses against female national team players at the FIFA Goal center in Croix-des-Bouquets in Haiti, FIFA has filed an appeal with the federal judges of the Court Swiss Supreme Court (Swiss Federal Court) to challenge the CAS decision.
In a judgment of June 28, 2023, the Swiss Federal Court rejected FIFA's appeal, thus confirming the CAS decision in favor of Yves Jean-Bart.

The Federal Court rules:
1. The appeal is dismissed insofar as it is admissible.
2. The legal costs, set at 15,000 francs, [1 Swiss franc = 1.12 US dollars] are borne by the Appellant.
3. The Appellant shall pay the Respondent compensation of 17,000 Fr.l as costs
4. This judgment is communicated to the parties and to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
