Haiti - FLASH : Lawyer of Colombian soldiers detained in Haiti says they confessed under torture

General Norberto Mujica, currently Head of the Police Intelligence Directorate (DIPOL) denies having witnessed acts of torture against former Colombian soldiers incarcerated in Haiti. Recall that Mujica is part of the high-level commission appointed two days after the death of the President of Haiti, responsible for examining the progress of the investigation into this assassination.
Mujica claims that the version of the torture in these events is false and if Ms. Lorena Läzaro has any evidence to show it. "It's a lie, fortunately I have tapes of everything that happened there and if the defense believes that it is the case, that they file a complaint I will take my evidence, I do not have problem, I have all the transparency of the case in relation to what was done there" ensuring that any reference to what happened in Haiti will be made before a judicial body adding" Everything what I have to say, I say it legally, judicially, and I have no problem with the situation which arose in Haiti."
While everyone maintains their version of the facts and we do not know who is telling the truth, in Haiti there is still no answer on the possibility of ensuring a formal defense of Colombians in a country which is the permanent theater acts of violence and daily kidnappings...
