The judicial Saga between the Haitian State and the Société Générale d'Energie S.A. (SOGENER) continues. Recall that in the last episode, the lawyers of the Government filed a request for recusation of all the judges of the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince (TPI) because of legitimate suspicion, in order to prevent the lawyers of the Sogener to overrule the decisions of the Public Prosecutor's Office https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-29381-haiti-flash-the-prosecutor-s-office-issues-warrants-to-bring-in-the-case-state-against-sogener.html . Following this request, the Dean of the TPI Me Bernard Saint-Vil declared itself incompetent to rule on the admissibility or the inadmissibility of the request for mass recusation of all the judges of the TPI, and decided to defer the case before the Court of Cassation which will decide in the next episode.

Meanwhile, Jean Marie Vorbe, owner of SOGENER continues its offensive in a correspondence addressed to Mrs. Jocelyne Colas Noel, President of the Organization Together against Corruption. The opportunity for Vorbes to make a detailed summary of the previous episodes and to denounce "[...] publicly the unfair, illegal and arbitrary maneuvers used by Mr. Jovenel Moïse jeopardizing its heavy investments and creating very serious damage to the image its leaders by the instrumentalisation and the precariousness of the judicial system with the sole objective of satisfying his personal interests and those of his relatives [...]"

A letter of which he has sent a copy in conformity with the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) to the different Chambers of Commerce, the Professional Association of Banks but also to the commercial sections of the Embassies of the United States, Canada, France, Germany and Spain as well as the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), the highest religious authorities and various influential organizations and human rights...
